How it works

Track. Diagnose. Act. Track again.

Lumina makes the evidence visible. Your team decides what to change, publishes the work, and returns to the same measurements to observe what changed.

01 / TRACK

Choose the questions

Set the buyer prompts, platforms, competitors and entities your team wants to monitor.

02 / DIAGNOSE

Inspect the evidence

Review responses, visibility, sources, competitors and associations across the tracked set.

03 / ACT

Your team makes changes

Use the findings to guide content, technical, proof or source work in your own workflow.

04 / TRACK AGAIN

Measure what moved

Run the prompts again and compare the new observations with earlier results.

Lumina tracks and diagnoses. It does not make or publish optimization changes for you.

A few useful answers

Know what you’re measuring.

How is Lumina different from rank tracking?

Rank tracking measures positions in search results. Lumina tracks selected buyer questions across supported AI search surfaces and lets your team inspect answers, mentions, competitors, citations, associations and changes over time.

Does Lumina optimize my website or content?

No. Lumina is self-serve tracking and diagnosis software. It helps your team investigate visibility patterns and decide what to work on. Your team implements changes and uses Lumina to track again.

Which AI platforms can I track?

Selected prompts can be tracked across ChatGPT, Google Gemini, Perplexity, Google AI Mode and Google AI Overviews. Coverage and answer availability vary by platform and prompt.

Can Lumina guarantee that AI will mention my brand?

No. Lumina measures and diagnoses observed AI responses. It cannot control how third-party systems generate answers or guarantee that a brand will be mentioned, cited or recommended.

How should I interpret changes?

AI answers can vary by platform and time. Compare the tracked prompts and settings over a defined period, inspect the underlying responses and citations, and treat changes as observed measurements—not a guarantee that one action caused a result.

Do credits expire?

No. Purchased credits do not expire.
